Proben k\u00f6nnen in verschiedenen Raumgr\u00f6ssen bei Temperaturen von -20\u2009\u00b0C bis +20\u2009\u00b0C gelagert werden. Die entsprechende K\u00fchlung war urspr\u00fcnglich mit dem Einsatz von Standardaggregaten gel\u00f6st. Die Aggregate wurden jedoch den hohen Anspr\u00fcchen von Hamilton Storage in Bezug auf K\u00fchlleistung, Footprint, Bauraum, Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und Integrierbarkeit nie vollst\u00e4ndig gerecht, sodass wir im Rahmen einer Beauftragung ein dediziertes K\u00fchlaggregat entwickeln durften.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!--  .col-6@md -->\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-6@md\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Die Herausforderung<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\">F\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der neuen Anlage mussten wir unter anderem folgende Kriterien ber\u00fccksichtigen:<\/p>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Sehr kleiner Footprint bei hoher K\u00fchlleistung<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Gegebene Strukturen und Platzverh\u00e4ltnisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Skalierbar \u00fcber einen grossen K\u00fchlleistungsbereich<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!--  .col-6@md -->\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-12\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Das Resultat<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\">Zusammen mit unserem Kunden gingen wir \u00fcber die B\u00fccher und hinterfragten die g\u00e4ngigen Konzepte und auch die \u00fcblichen Bauformen von Verfl\u00fcssigereinheiten. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass zwar ein kleiner Footprint der Verfl\u00fcssigereinheit sehr stark gewichtet wird, aber die Bauh\u00f6he sekund\u00e4r ist. So wurde die Bauh\u00f6he &#8211; und damit der Formfaktor der Einheit &#8211; zu dem Freiheitsgrad, welchen wir f\u00fcr das Erreichen der Leistungsanforderungen ben\u00f6tigten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Und nicht nur das: Der Footprint der Einheit konnte gegen\u00fcber der Erstanforderung halbiert und f\u00fcr den Endkunden optimiert werden. Der Luftf\u00fchrung wurde dahingehend optimiert, dass die Aufstellung mehrerer Aggregate direkt nebeneinander keine negative Auswirkung auf die K\u00fchlleistung hat. Zudem konnte durch die Neuentwicklung der Kompressor komplett schallged\u00e4mpft montiert werden, was sich positiv auf die Ger\u00e4uschemissionen auswirkt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Mit diesen und weiteren Verbesserungen bietet Hamilton Storage ihren Kunden echten Mehrwert.
